When I first got this position, I thought this was a fancy name for a tour guide, but after two years of being involved with admissions at Illinois, I have learned it is much, much more. Not only have I had the opportunity to meet people from all over the world who are interested in Illinois, but also getting to help shape the future of my University. I now work as an Admissions Intern, where I get more hands on communication with prospective families and work on internal structure to create the most authentic Illinois visit. I love getting to tell people everyday about why going to Illinois was the best decision I've ever made.
